PORT MAC SHARKS CLUB
has been affiliated with the Hotel for nearly 40 years. The Sharks are under the Hastings league which is the second oldest running competitive rugby competition in the country. The club made back to back grand finals these past 2 years, last year successfully taking out the title. This year they narrowly missed out on their premiership win. The club supports us on a daily basis, many of the clubs extended family frequenting the Hotel to watch the sports games that are shown on the plasmas throughout the Hotel. The Hotel hosts a number of functions for the club throughout the year, including their Xmas party in which a presentation ceremony takes place. The club hosts weekly raffles which the community strongly supports.

THE PORT MACQUARIE HOTEL CRICKET CLUB
has been sponsored by the Hotel since 2004. In its first year, the cricket club took out the premiership in the Hastings River District Cricket Association, which is one of the revered cricket leagues in the region, attracting many elite cricketers. The club hosts weekly raffles here at the Hotel and hold their weekly presentations for Man of the Match to the raptors of their teams song.

THE PORT MACQUARIE HOTEL SOCIAL GOLF CLUB
is a unique club focused on the "social aspect" rather than the handicap. From retired scholars to apprentice bar flies, the clubs motto is "come one, come all". Holding their raffles weekly and holding various fundraising events throughout the year, the social club are always happy to have a yarn and tell you about their golfing prowess.
